Nooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!
The time has come and such a sad time it is. Reis has figured out how to climb out of his crib or maybe I should say scale the walls of his crib? It happened the other day when I put him in there so I could get a shower. I thought it was quite possibly, hopefully a fluke but no, he has Batman skills now and I'm not happy about it. What I am really not happy about is the fact that he came in and smacked me on the forehead the other morning at 6:45. Batman is growing up. I will give him credit for today because he didn't get up until 8:45. My peaceful showers are now a thing of the past...not to mention my sanity some days....moment of silence please.

Tennessee Tales
We went to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee for our friend's surprise birthday this past weekend and had a great time. I must say I am proud of myself for keeping the secret since December and not spilling the beans. Ashley didn't know where we were going until we got to the airport Thursday morning. Seven of us rented a cabin on a mountain and that is the way to go. It is inexpensive when you get a group to go and we all had our own bedroom and bath which was nice. On Friday, the girls went shopping and came home to a house fully decorated for a Hannah Montana party. It was the funniest thing. The boys went and got party hats, favors, and a pinata stuffed with skittles and some other dirty things I won't mention(boys will be boys). I think playing an over 21 version of pin the tail on the donkey and the pinata were definitely one of the highlights of the trip. Who knew it could be so much fun? We went out in Gatlinburg for her birthday and the cab driver that picked us up mentioned first thing that he was bipolar and not on his meds. Just the thing one wants to hear when winding through narrow mountain roads with no barriers. Saturday, we drove up into the mountains to Cade's Cove and stopped off on the highway, scaled down and played in the freezing creek. It was gorgeous. And Sunday, we spent the day in Gatlinburg shopping and took a chair lift to the top of the mountain.
